We bought this property a few years back sight un-seen because as you can probably see it is a property like no other. We have become it’s caretakers and plan on keeping this property till we can one day pass it on or donate it.

We even got married here and it was such a magical event and went so well that we thought about how we could share it with others as well. We always knew that we wanted to in some way as it’s to special to keep hidden. We do small events for just that that get people together to love, laugh and have fun.

At the end of the day that’s what we are all about and it’s our purpose… to love and laugh and share what we enjoy with others. I( Sean Kositzka) have enjoyed woodworking ever since I was a boy and the story of how I got started is actually one of the reasons our offer for the house got accepted when others didn’t( even though our offer came in lower). Now I make and sell Barrel saunas among other things for people to enjoy.

Our core principles are one of the reasons I enjoy custom building these sauna’s for others so much. They are a place of happiness, joy, laughing and health and in being so they full fill everything I could have wanted in a build.

Camille has centered her entire career around making others feel good and being healthy and is very passionate and good at it( if I may so so myself). She is also very hands on and helps around the property whenever it’s needed.
